Sahmish Meatballs- Homemade meatballs simmered in a red wine demi glace and topped with shredded mozzarella cheese and scallions.
Stuffed Mushroom Caps- Mushroom caps sautéed in cognac butter, stuffed with a spinach parmesan mix, topped with mozzarella cheese, and broiled to golden brown perfection.
Key Lime Calamari- Calamari lightly beer battered, dusted in seasoned flour, fried and served with key lime and garlic aioli.
2nd Course- Choose any Two Salads or Soups
Cup of Homemade Soup – Alaskan Clam Chowder, Chili, or Soup of the Day
Strawberry Gorgonzola Summer Salad- Mixed summer and Romaine lettuce tossed in our strawberry Gorgonzola vinaigrette and topped with sliced strawberries, cucumbers, crumbled Gorgonzola, and crispy won ton strips.
Iceberg Wedge- An iceberg lettuce wedge topped with Indiana cherry tomatoes, bacon, crumbled bleu cheese and our house made bleu cheese dressing.
Tomato, Cucumber, and Onion Salad- Indiana red and yellow tomatoes, cucumbers, and sweet onions marinated in our balsamic vinaigrette, served over shredded Romaine, and topped with crumbled Feta cheese.
3rd Course- Choose any Two Entrees
Roasted Salmon with Green Herbs and Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Atlantic salmon fillet seasoned with chopped fresh dill, parsley, and scallions, roasted with extra virgin olive oil, white wine, and lemon, and topped with oven roasted Indiana cherry tomatoes. Served with rice pilaf and steamed green beans or sweet corn.
Prime Pork Tenderloin Chasseur
Indiana White Marble Farms pork tenderloin pan seared and braised with mushrooms, shallots, tomatoes, and celery in homemade pork stock, fresh garlic, white wine, and demi glace. Served over potato pancakes with steamed green beans or sweet corn.
Two beef tenderloin filet medallions seasoned with our steak seasonings, mesquite grilled to order, served over potato pancakes, and topped with a port wine, shallot and mushroom bordelaise. Served with steamed green beans or sweet corn.
Herb Stuffed Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with a fresh herb cream cheese mix, coated in seasoned panko bread crumbs, oven broiled, and topped with a lemon caper wine sauce. Served with a baked potato and steamed green beans or sweet corn.
Three jumbo gulf shrimp battered tempura style and served with our homemade cocktail sauce made with fresh horseradish. Served with seasoned French fries or a baked potato and steamed green beans or sweet corn.
